What was born as a part of Delegate Solutions has evolved into a new standalone company focused solely on training, coaching, and delivering high-quality workshops to leaders and their teams. With a fully distributed team, we specialize in helping leaders and their teams learn how to strategically clear their plates so they can focus on higher-impact activities and elevate their leadership abilities.

Emily Morgan, a pioneer in delegation coaching and consulting is the creator of the Delegate Freedom System (R), which helps leaders elevate their time and impact in repeatable, reliable ways. The author of the Amazon best-seller “Let It Go!,” Emily is a widely recognized thought leader in the delegation and productivity space, and has been featured in numerous outlets such as the Harvard Business Review, NYTimes, Inc., CNBC and Forbes.

Eileen Coombes brings over two decades of experience teaching leadership development across multiple industries and higher education institutions, focusing on empowering mid-level leaders. Her facilitative teaching style fosters a supportive and challenging environment, ensuring learners take ownership of their growth. Eileen also coaches leaders to drive organizational productivity, increase efficiency and let go through strategic delegation.
